The William J. “Pete” Knight Veterans Home of California–Lancaster is a licensed 60-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) — also known as assisted living — located in the picturesque high-desert area of Southern California. Since November 2009, when the Home was opened, it has served California veterans of the Antelope Valley and surrounding high-desert region. The Home provides all of our residents’ healthcare needs in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. We endeavor to provide a home-like atmosphere with comfortable rooms and common areas, meals in a community dining area, and activities that engage the mind and creative spirit. Transportation is provided for outings and appointments.
