Located in the charming town of Humboldt Tennessee, the W.D. Bill Manning Tennessee State Veterans’ Home is minutes from the cities of Jackson and Memphis. This 140-bed facility features a bistro, a dedicated skilled nursing unit, and beautiful outdoor patio space for residents to enjoy. The city of Humboldt is host to the annual West Tennessee Strawberry Festival, Tennessee’s largest and longest running festival. Each year, residents are prominently featured in the festival parade on a custom TSVH float.
