The Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home is owned by the Department of Mental Health. It is managed by HMR Govermental Services, Inc. to provide long term care services to veterans. HMR/GSI was founded in 1992 with main offices located in Easley, Sourth Carolina. HMR/GSI specializes in providing health services to special populations through federal, state, and local contracts.
