Located on a beautifully landscaped 35-acre campus 45 minutes east of Cincinnati, we offer quality care in a small town, veteran-oriented environment.

• Through compassionate engagement and meaningful experiences, veterans will have the opportunity to participate in social, spiritual, recreational and educational activities, on and off-site.
• 1 accessible building.  This provides our veterans with access to everything they need without having to go outside during inclement weather.
• Our professional and caring staff provide long-term care, rehab and therapy, dementia and memory care services.  We have our own full-time Chaplain that provides non-denominational services each Sunday and on religious holidays.
• Veterans enjoy convenient on-site amenities including a library, barber shop and bank.
• Our outdoor areas feature a scenic walking path with benches for relaxation, as well as a spacious patio designed especially for our memory care veterans.
• The multi-purpose Great Room serves as the heart of our community – a welcoming space for gatherings, special events and family celebrations.
