The Veterans’ Home at LaSalle has been home to resident veterans since 1990. Located on the northwest side of LaSalle in LaSalle County, the home offers space for 190 resident veterans including rooms for those requiring memory care.

Amenities: Along with excellent food and well-equipped living quarters, Illinois Veterans’ Home at LaSalle provides medical and skilled nursing care, recreational and rehabilitative therapy, social services and pastoral services.  A bank, barber shop, and library are also on-site.

Gathering Spaces: Outdoor areas include the commemorative peace garden with a walking path and benches, a garden terrace, and picnic areas. The multi-purpose room is designed for events, programs, and family visits.

Joy of Care: Illinois Veterans Home LaSalle has a dedicated staff of over 200 staff and contractors, with 35 percent of its staff loyally serving our veterans for more than 10 years, and 20 staff members providing dedicated care for more than 20 years! Its staff is dedicated to the mission of IDVA and our ability to serve our nations’ heroes.
