ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMEBERS:
Served at any time, in any branch of the United States Armed Forces, including the National Guard
Received an honorable discharge
Reside in Washington State
Be the spouse or widow/widower of an eligible veteran
Be a Gold Star Parent
