State of Virginia Eligibility Requirements
ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMEBERS:
The applicant must be a former active duty member of the United States armed forces whose last term of service concluded with an honorable discharge.
The applicant must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or was a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia at the time of entry into the United States armed forces.
The applicant must meet the State Licensure criteria for nursing home placement.

Homes are governed by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services.
Services Provided
Skilled Nursing Services to include speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Forty bed Alzheimer’s/Dementia Special Care Unit. In house pharmacy.
