ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMEBERS:

Honorably discharged veterans who are medically qualified to receive care. One year New Hampshire residency required preceding application or New Hampshire as home of record upon discharge. Financial certification required.

Application Process

Application for admittance is submitted to the Admissions Coordinator and reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Application is then approved and prioritized or denied. Appeals can be made to the Board of Managers.

Structure & Governing board

Governed by a governor-appointed Board of Managers with members representing The American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, other chartered veterans service organizations, a Ladies Auxiliary organization, and a Veterans of World War I member emeritus. The Commandant reports to the Board of Managers and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Home.

Services Provided

Medical Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy; Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation; Quality of Life and Volunteer Sponsored Activities.
