State of Montana Eligibility Requirements
ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMEBERS:
Honorably discharged veterans of armed forces and their spouses; physicians statement attesting need for nursing home care. There are no state residency requirements. Priority is given to Montana residents.
Application Process
Applications are sumitted to the EMVH Administrator. The Admissions Committee screens all applications.
Structure & Governing board
Governed by the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Senior and Long Term Care Division. Operated by private corporation under contract with the State of Montana.

Comprehensive long-term health care. Services designed to meet individual physical and psycho-social needs.
